“It’s reasonably hard work – there are the busy periods when you’re chasing your tail. I try to organise things to keep the orders fairly close together – we don’t want to be running all over the county!

“I sort my own route out: the best way of doing it in the time I’ve got. It is nice to be given responsibility. No one really interferes – we’ve all got a job to do in the store and this is my job... my baby!

“We’re a friendly company – someone’s always willing to help when you’re trying to get the orders out. We get on with the job and we’re happy doing what we do. And if I want to progress, I’ve always got the opportunity.”
