In Iceland we love nothing better than brightening someone’s day by putting the customer first. Our stores are what makes our business tick and our store teams are our ‘frontline’ making sure our customers get the service they need.

That’s why our stores are sleeves up, no-nonsense places where we work hard, smile a lot, muck in and lend a helping hand whenever and wherever it’s needed. In return we do everything we can to fit shifts around school hours and other important commitments.

Life here isn’t just about hard work though. Each store is like a family that has fun together, supports each other and helps each other out. So much so, many of us often become firm friends.
