Our application process is focused on finding out whether we’re going to get along. Chances are, if you’ve read this far, you’re a good match with the Iceland way of doing things!

Applying is easy. Simply click on Live Vacancies.

If you’re successful at this stage, we'll contact you to discuss the opportunity in more detail, tell you about the interview process and what to do next.

Depending on the role, we'll then invite you either to an interview with your potential line manager or to an assessment centre where you'll get to meet some of us as well as other candidates.

Can’t see anything that you like?

If you can't see your ideal role advertised, it’s probably because we don't currently have a vacancy in that particular area of the business. (We do try to grow our own talent as much as possible.)

The best thing to do is register your interest and we’ll tell you as soon as the right role comes along.
